Madhu PanditToday we officially opened a memorial to Madhu Pandit, an eternal associate of Lord Caitanya, that we helped construct at the Radha Gopinath Temple in Jaipur. He was the devotee who discovered Lord Gopinath in Vrindavan. We unveiled a large beautiful painting of Madhu Pandit, and placed his old tulasi bead coat in a special [...] |
Govindaji at Mangal Arotika in Jaipur“My dear friends, if you have any desire to enjoy society, friendship and love within this material world, then don’t look upon the beautiful form of Krsna, who is standing on the bank of the Yamana at Kesi ghat. Govindaji on New Years DayI made it to Jaipur just in time for the final evening arotik on New Year’s day. It seems a golden opportunity to meet and discuss with some of the well-known authors from [...] |
The Vrajavasi DoctorThis morning a doctor came from a long distance and at great inconvenience to see me. After the examination he prescribed some medicine. When I looked for some rupees to pay him, to my great embarrassment I could not find any. Suddenly, at the same moment, we both noticed two sweet balls of maha prasadam [...] |
City of the Rajput KingsMy first stop in India was the colorful town of Jaipur which is rich in the history of kings, palaces, war, art and culture. But for devotees of the Lord the city’s most endearing feature is the citizens worship of the Supreme Lord in His beautiful form of the deity. |
